After a 17 year career at the same company, I determined it was time for a change. With a recommendation from a friend in the Human Resource field, I contacted Christy Miller to help me reassess my career path. This was the best decision I've made in a very long time. When you stay in the same field for many years, even if you've been promoted or have taken on different positions, you overlook or take for granted your skill set. When I first sat down to write a resume, I had to search my brain for accomplishments and areas of expertise that set me apart from potential other candidates.
